New Orleans Tradition Celebrates Its 27th Year

New Orleans, LA — February 10, 2010

French Quarter Easter Parade, LLC proudly presents the 27th Annual Chris Owens French Quarter Easter Parade on Sunday, April 4, 2010 at 1:00 p.m.

The celebration starts at the Astor Crowne Hotel Ballroom at 11:00 a.m. with a continental breakfast, a Hat Contest and entertainment. Riders will then hop on the floats at 1:00 p.m. and ride through the French Quarter. The parade route will start at Canal and Bourbon Street, continue down Bourbon Street to St. Phillip, and turn up to Decatur and back up to Canal to the Astor Crowne Hotel. At the end of the parade, revelers can enjoy a champagne brunch while dancing to Jake and the Nifty 50’s.
