District "C" Councilmember Kristin Gisleson Palmer and Council Vice President Jacquelyn Brechtel Clarkson will host a joint community meeting with the New Orleans Police Department (NOPD) on Tuesday, January 11. The topic of discussion will focus on "Community Policing - Developing Partnerships between Neighborhoods and NOPD." Superintendent Ronal Serpas and Captain Edwin Hosli will make remarks.
