FILM ONLY: 1/10/22 – 4AM – 11:59PM
– 300 Block Dauphine St. (Lake side, between Bienville St. & Conti St.)
– 300 Block N. Rampart St. (River side, between Bienville St. & Conti St.)
STREET CLOSURE:
