French Quarter filming: Saturday & Sunday, July 23-24, 2016
On Saturday, July 23rd and Sunday, July 24th, there will be filming scenes at 544 Esplanade Avenue from approximately 8 am to 9 pm, both inside and outside.
In order to facilitate filming, there will be reserved parking for production vehicles only beginning 6 am, Saturday, July 23, 2016. NO PARKING from 6am Saturday 7/23 to 9pm Sunday 7/24 on the following blocks:
- 500 Block of Esplanade, both sides
- 400 Block of Esplanade, uptown side
- 600 Block of Esplanade, uptown side
- 1400 Block of Chartres, riverside
They will be closing the sidewalk in front of 544 Esplanade for an exterior morning shot on either 7/23 or 7/24, between 9 am and 2 pm, depending on weather.
There will be intermittent traffic control between the hours of 9am and 12:30pm, at the corner of Esplanade at Chartres on uptown/French Quarter side.
