French Quarter parade: Saturday, September 30, 2017

Harrah’s Krewe of Seven Stars Parade will roll on Saturday, Sept. 30 at 5 p.m.

It will consist of 1000 riders on 18 super floats, marching bands from McDonogh 35 and Edna Carr High Schools and a second line with the Zulu Tramps.  The float riders are visiting New Orleans for a Seven Stars signature event weekend hosted by Harrah’s New Orleans.  Seven Stars is the highest tier in the Caesar’s Entertainment Total Rewards© customer loyalty network.

Float riders will board the floats in front of Harrah’s Hotel. From the hotel, the parade will travel down South Peters Street and into the French Quarter along Decatur Street.  It will make a left on Elysian Fields Avenue, a U-turn on Royal Street and proceed back down Decatur Street towards Canal Street.  It will make a left on Canal Street and proceed to Convention Center Boulevard before disembarking at the intersection of Convention Center Boulevard and Poydras Street.
